Bookings

The payment is made through a bank transfer.

Select the dates, and if the accommodation is available, proceed with the reservation. You will then receive the confirmation of your reservation along with the rental agreement and instructions for paying the deposit.

You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before the arrival date at the property. If the cancellation is made within the last 60 days before the rental period, the landlord will retain the amounts paid.

Yes, you can make your reservation by phone. You will receive an email with the confirmation and rental agreement.

The prices include the rental of the property, utilities (gas, electricity, and water), bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels. For stays of a minimum of 7 nights, it also includes intermediate cleaning, as well as the final cleaning. The linen provided consists of bed sheets (beds made upon arrival), one bath towel, one washcloth, one bathrobe, and one pool towel per person for the duration of the stay.

Check-in and check-out

A representative of the property will hand you the keys at the accommodation. A few days before your arrival, you can communicate your estimated arrival time to the representative.

Check-in time is from 17:00 onwards, and check-out time is until 10:00.

The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 8 days after the end of your stay and after inspecting the property.

The security deposit is paid on the day of check-in, with a credit card.

It’s important to highlight that the maximum capacity of our house is 16 people, with the option to accommodate 2 infants. We regret to inform you that we do not have extra beds. However, in 6 out of our 8 rooms, there is the option to use two single beds instead of a double bed, providing flexibility in bed configuration for our guests.

Yes, we provide services for babies, such as cribs, high chairs, and bathtubs. We kindly request that you contact us in advance to ensure the availability of these items.
